Elanco Named Finalist for Two IT Awards
For the fourth straight year, Elanco has recognized by the Mira Awards, Indiana's biggest night for tech and innovation. And this year, we’ve done it twice.
The Digital Transformation Award recognizes teams that have demonstrated outstanding vision and innovation for driving digital adoption and leveraging technology to revolutionize their own internal transformation projects.
Elanco IT achieved this honor by centralizing data leads to enable smarter decisions and greater savings for our business partners: Elanco applications produce a lot of data every second. Analyzing this data is crucial for smart decision-making. As part of our wider AI operations initiative, Elanco IT established the need for a central place to view all the data to optimize work. The team based in Greenfield, Hook, Warsaw, and Bangalore centralized their data outputs and developed, onboarded, and transitioned to this new model in nine months.
The Results
With one spot to review their data, Elanco IT can make faster and smarter decisions and save more than $250,000 per year.
Elanco is also recognized this year as a finalist in the Innovation Service Partner of the Year Award which highlights pioneering transformative technology solutions that demonstrate excellence, creativity, and impact. Our contribution: Elanco IT helped its internal business partners integrate with the Vetcove Online Marketplace. Vetcove serves as a central hub for over 23,000 veterinary hospitals, providing an unparalleled platform for veterinarians to procure supplies needed to maintain and enhance the health and well-being of pets across the nation. The team worked tirelessly to create a seamless user experience and streamline backend processes, ensuring robust, reliable, and efficient operations.
The Results
The project increased revenue, simplified customers' purchasing processes, and broadened our access to over 23,000 veterinary hospitals. We are proud to celebrate the hard work that earned this achievement.
