Established in 1970 as a large-scale biotech manufacturing facility, Elanco Clinton Laboratories has a long history of innovation and delivery of quality animal health products. Our product portfolio includes large-scale natural fermentation, premix feed additives, pet health packaging, and a growing portfolio that includes EPA products and oral solid dose manufacturing.

The Clinton manufacturing site is a leading employer in the west central Indiana area with a wide range of employment opportunities, including operations, maintenance, engineering, quality, laboratory, technical services, and more. At Elanco, we are dedicated to employee development and growth, allowing employees to build lasting and meaningful careers. Additionally, employees are invited to participate in a wide range of events each year to celebrate successes and promote teamwork, including company sponsored baseball outings, food truck days, and holiday parties and events. Clinton Labs first opened their doors in 1970 and the facility has continued to grow.
