Elanco's Global Diversity & Inclusion Council:
At Elanco, our diversity and inclusion commitment is backed by action. The Global Elanco Diversity and Inclusion Council (EDIC) serves as a catalyst for a culture where diversity and inclusion are embraced and recognized as a business-result driver. With this program, employee development is better supported, opinions and diverse backgrounds are embraced, and we are a stronger company.
Formed in 2015, the Council serves to connect the various groups across Elanco driving Diversity & Inclusion (D&I) initiatives. Council membership represents all of our Departments, Affiliates and Employee Resource Groups (ERGs). It serves as an enabler of D&I efforts by creating space for discussion, brainstorming, problem solving and resource sharing. Current Council focus areas include our Be You! Seminar series to raise awareness and provide a forum for an open discussion on the importance of a diverse and inclusive workplace at Elanco and supporting employee development and growing our ERGs.
