Amanda Kephart, currently serving as the Executive Director of U.S. Customer Experience at Elanco, has demonstrated her exceptional leadership skills and dedication to her work throughout her 18 plus years with the company. In her role, Amanda oversees critical functions that support both the US Farm Animal and Pet Health businesses, including product training, customer service, business excellence and more. Amanda's is recognized for her ability to drive critical business processes and tackle challenges head-on.
Beyond her professional achievements, Amanda is a devoted mother to four children ranging from 5 to 16 years old. She actively supports her children's involvement in raising and showing livestock, nurturing their passion and providing guidance. Amanda's dedication extends beyond her family, as she volunteers her time to help youth find their confidence and create a safe space for all kids. She serves on the sponsors board for the national FFA, an organization focused on building leadership through experiences and education.
Brianna Brown, another outstanding Elanco employee, has shown exceptional dedication and a willingness to go above and beyond in her role. Starting her career at Elanco with her husband, Brianna has consistently demonstrated her helpfulness and willingness to step up when needed. Even with a growing family, Brianna has maintained her unwavering commitment to her peers and her role at Elanco. Colleagues admire her kindness, easy-going nature, and her ability to juggle the demands of work and motherhood with grace.
